Pinterest Challenges

Hey reader. I've been in class three weeks, and it's been ok. Busy. I'm working to juggle it and work and the grandparents. This leaves not nearly as much time as I'd like to be taking care of my health.

To start off, I've been so busy that I've started skipping meals. Since I realized how often it's actually happening, I'm trying to make a much better effort to eat properly. Eating at work can be a struggle, as there are no "dinner" breaks, only lunches. I'm going to try to get a protein bar down in my 15 min. breaks.

As for exercise, I haven't been to the gym since school started. Not to say I've been doing nothing though. I discovered a bunch of month long training plans on pinterest.com Most of them can be done at home and only take 20 min tops. Throughout the month of August I trained to do 5 min planks, and have been continuing to keep them up. July I did a 30 day yoga challenge from youtube.com Not my favorite, but now that I've stopped, I'm noticing that it was doing my body a world of good. I hope to get back to it some time down the line.

That's pretty much everything that's been going on recently, I'll try to keep this current.
