Hey reader. I just got back from my first Zumba class. Yesterday, I planned on going with a friend. Even though she texted me this morning that she couldn't make it, I decided to go anyway. Even though it's been a while, I used to like to workout alone, maybe I could use some me time.
I feel like a brat saying it wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't easy, but it didn't kick my butt like I expected it to. I guess that's good, because it left me wanting to come back for more.
All in all, a good experience. Glad I went.
As for you reading this, go give something new a try. Don't worry about looking silly, half the time in zumba I had no clue what do to with my feet, but I kept moving and had fun.
If there's something you've been thinking of trying: go for it, why wait any longer, because"at the end of the day you're another day older." You'll never know until you try! You get the cliche idea, so go.
