Time to kick up the heat

Hey reader. I'm mixing up my eating habits a little this week. I was finally able to get all my favorite vegetables like zucchini, and something else. Siracha!

I know that spicy foods are good for you. They raise your metabolism, reduce inflammation, increase your heart health, and boost your immune system.

I have never really liked spicy foods, but I know it's something you get used to over time.  I bought a new bottle of Siracha chili sauce.

I'm not really sure what I'm doing with it yet, but I think it's a good place to start.

I'll write again in a week and post my progress, but in the meantime feel free to post your favorite way to use Siracha or your favorite spicy recipe.
